Refund Policy — ClientVault

✅ We offer a 7-day refund on Pro plan payments — no questions asked. Start with our Free plan or 14-day trial before committing.

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is permanently free with no payment required. There is nothing to refund.

2. Pro Trial (14-day)

The 14-day Pro trial is free of charge. No credit card is required to start a trial. There is no payment and therefore no refund applicable for the trial period.

3. Pro Plan — Monthly Subscription

If you subscribe to the Pro plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment date.

Refund requests made within 7 days of payment will be approved without question
Refund requests made after 7 days will not be eligible
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
After a refund, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan

ℹ️ Pro subscriptions are monthly. Cancelling mid-month stops future billing but does not refund the current month (unless within the 7-day window).

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@clientvault.in with:

Your registered email address
Payment date and amount
Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

We will process your request within 2 business days.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Billing page in the admin portal. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
